ABOUT THE AUTO DEALERS GOLF CLASSIC

The Auto Dealers Golf Classic (ADGC) is championship golf tournament, designed and produced by DCI Golf Marketing, exclusively for Auto Dealers. The Championship provides Dealer teams the opportunity to win prizes and compete for the coveted title of Auto Dealers Golf Champions. More importantly, a portion of the net proceeds of the tournament will be donated to the winning dealer team's Charity of Choice. The modified four person scramble is a single day event, scheduled at a championship golf course and limited to 128 players or 32 Auto Dealer Teams. Dealers around the state are invited to participate by entering their foursome. *Please Note: Each dealer foursome must be comprised of amateur golfers only and represented as follows: (1) player from Admin., (1) player from Sales, (1) player from Supply and (1) player from Lending.

FORMAT- MODIFIED SCRAMBLE
• Modified Four Person Scramble
• Single Round - 18 hole tournament play.
• Four player Dealer Teams are divided into two players from one Dealership playing two players of another Dealership. Scores of both teams are compared with the lowest score between teams tallied and posted for each hole.
• Each Player on the two person team tees off on each hole. The best of the tee shots is selected and both players play their second shots from that spot. The best of the second shots is determined, then both play their third shots from that spot, and so on until the ball is holed.
• Each Team must record at least 6 drives from each team member.
PARTICIPANTS
The Tournament is open to all Auto Dealers. All Entries will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. A maximum of 128 players or 32 teams will be selected to participate. Competing format will be modified Scramble - Single Round of 18 holes.

Each Dealer Team Entrant will receive:

1. Continental Breakfast
2. Round of golf with cart and range balls
3. Player Goodie Bag
4. Nike Windbreaker
5. Luncheon Awards banquet
6. Guest may accompany player to luncheon for $40.00



First Place winners will receive brand name Cart Bags & Crystal Trophies
Second Place winners will receive brand name Hybrids
Third Place winners will receive brand name Putters

ENTRY FEES
An Entry Fee must be paid by each Dealer or Dealer's Sponsor for their Team Entry. Entry Fees are per Dealership and include the following:

1. A link to the dealership website on the front page- left banner of the Tournament website
2. Golf green fees, cart & range balls
3. Nike Windbreakers for each dealer team
4. Luncheon Banquet and Awards Ceremony for each Dealer Team
4. Trophies and Prizes for the Champions, 2nd and 3rd place winning teams

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY:
Due to nature of the event, a limited number of Dealer are invited to participate. No Refunds will be granted for registered Dealer Teams. However, a Dealer may substitute their team entries up until 7 days prior to the tournament based on team member criteria. In addition, no refunds will be granted for "team no shows".
